Mr. Jha is one of the Managing Directors of the company. He has wide a range of experience in various field of engineering and management including many in Infrastructure Development Projects. Mr. Jha has had acquired experience in contract engineering, Urban development, involving and private sector investment and has experience through out Nepal and north India. Mr. Jha has Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, and has got number of training/ seminar / workshops related to "Highway Maintenance", "Human Resources Development", "Emerging Opportunities in Environmental and Natural resources Management".

Dr. Poudel is the Executive Director of MULTI Lab (P) Ltd.. Dr. Poudel is one of the leading geo – technical / material specialist of Nepal. He has M.E. and Ph.D. on Geo - technical Engineering and possesses wide experience in this field. He has been involved in more than 30-design project. In addition, he has carried out several foundation investigations for hydraulic structures and road projects. He has also been teaching the subject in the Institute of Engineering, T.U. Currently. He had attended several seminars & conferences as “Hydrology, Hydraulics and Irrigation Engineering”, "Civil Engineering Aspect of Hill Area Development”.

Mr. Mathema holds a B.E. Degree in 1964 from India in Public Health and Sanitation Engineering from The University of Roorkee.and he has had over 36 years of experience, mostly with HMGN and has had experiences in pre – feasibility studies, detail design, project management activities of rural water supply and sanitation projects. Mr. Mathema is an associate of MULTI and responsible for Construction Contract Administration of 87 sub – health posts being executed in 35 districts of Nepal. He had attended several training / seminars such as "VALUE ENGINEERING", "Senior Executive Development Programme" , "Project Analysis and Management".

Mr. Rimal is post-graduate degree holder in Sanitation Engineering and has had more than 29 years of experience. During his long professional career with HMGN in the planning, management, coordination, design and construction supervision as well as in the rehabilitation and maintenance of rural water supply and sanitation project in all physiographic regions of the country.

Mr. Rimal has worked as a Regional Project Management Advisor for Third Water Supply and Sanitation Sector Project funded by ADB. further more his contribution in Fourth Water Supply and Sanitation Sector Project as the Regional Project Management Advisor is significant.

Mr. Shrestha holds a B. E. in Civil Engineering from New Zealand, 1966. Mr. Shrestha has professional experiences over 34 years and has had provided leadership, management and guidance to the project teams in various projects. His most outstanding performance was related to construction of cement plants at Udaypur and Hetauda, RCC water reservoirs at Mahankal Chaur, Telecommunications Buildings. Mr. Shrestha had attended several training / seminars, such as “Management skill Training Program” , “High Level Management”, “ Analysis & Design of Machine Foundation” , “ Tall Concrete Structures”.

Mr. Upadhyay is an enthusiastic design engineer of MULTI and has had gained considerable experience in structural design of concrete Bridges Irrigation Structure and frame structures of buildings. He has had contributed significantly in structural design of Employee Provident fund's office cum commercial complex, Tribhuvan University, Secondary Crops Development Project (comprising 35 nos. of building.), the master plan of Tribhuvan University, and Tourism Service Centre at Pokhara. He has also supervised various important building such as Employee provident fund office etc. He is a computer literate with good knowledge of computer aided designs.
